Ownership and Intellectual Property 

The D-Proxy team owns and maintains the Bot. The Bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by any intellectual property owners. Any game-related images utilized by the Bot are sourced from publicly available resources, and D-Proxy does not claim ownership or rights over such images. 

User-Generated Content 

Responsibility for Content

Users of the Bot may create or upload content, including but not limited to profile information, artwork, and other media ("User Content"). You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all User Content you create or upload while using the Bot.

Intellectual Property

D-Proxy does not take responsibility for intellectual property rights related to User Content. The D-Proxy team is not responsible for moderating or resolving disputes concerning intellectual property ownership or rights regarding User Content.

Acceptable Use Policy 

Lawful Use

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Bot in any way that could harm or exploit others, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the operation of the Bot or any other user's use of the Bot.

Limitation of Liability

The D-Proxy team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if D-Proxy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Disclaimers

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. D-Proxy makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Bot's features or content.

Modifications to the Terms

D-Proxy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination of Service

D-Proxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
