By using D-Proxy ("the Bot"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using the Bot immediately. Continued usage constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
The D-Proxy Bot is developed and maintained by Eirborn Studios. It operates independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any intellectual property holders.
Any game or character visuals presented by the Bot are sourced from publicly available resources and are used purely for representation.
The Bot does not claim ownership or distribution rights over any such media.
The Bot itself, including its structure, command systems, and internal utilities, remains intellectual property of Eirborn Studios.
When using D-Proxy, users may upload, import, or generate data such as proxy profiles, avatars, configurations, or linked metadata ("User Content"). By doing so, you agree to the following:
You retain full responsibility for any data you submit or import. This includes files, URLs, tokens, and associated character data.
D-Proxy is not responsible for verifying the legitimacy of submitted content, including third-party claims or original ownership.
If your actions lead to intellectual property disputes, violations, or harm, you assume full accountability.
Importing proxies via JSON, token, or URL must follow Bot format and limits. Attempts to circumvent import guidelines (e.g., uploading excessive variations of a character) may result in rejection or account throttling.
Imported data is scoped per user and/or server, depending on context, and stored for operational functionality unless deleted.
D-Proxy may impose storage or usage limits to ensure performance and fair access:
Each user has a proxy limit, which may be based on tier, activity, or community settings.
Repeatedly importing numerous proxies that are functionally identical or exploit naming variation to exceed limits is considered abuse.
If abuse is detected, the team reserves the right to reject imports, flag behavior, or enforce cooldowns.
Upgraded tiers, if available, will transparently indicate storage space, import allowances, and special capabilities.
You agree to use the Bot only in a lawful and respectful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Uploading or sharing malicious content, including phishing URLs, malware, or unauthorized tokens.
Impersonating another person or proxy for deceptive purposes.
Using the Bot to evade server moderation or platform restrictions.
Reverse-engineering or tampering with D-Proxy's backend or API layers.
Using D-Proxy as a platform for spamming, harassment, or identity abuse.
Violating any of the above may result in suspension, deletion of content, or permanent denial of access.
At D-Proxy, we support users from all backgrounds, including those with plurality systems, special needs, neurodivergence, and other identity-based needs.
If you use the Bot as part of your personal accommodations, you may request a free character/member count increase on a case-by-case basis. We believe in inclusive tools and are happy to provide support where it can help.
To request accommodations, please reach out via the official Discord server with a brief explanation (no sensitive personal information required). Requests will be handled privately, respectfully, and with no expectation of proof.
Our goal is to keep D-Proxy welcoming, flexible, and respectful of each user’s lived experience.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." While the D-Proxy team strives for consistent operation and uptime, we make no guarantees:
We do not guarantee bug-free performance, nor that the Bot will be available at all times.
We are not liable for any data loss, missed messages, misbehavior, or service interruptions resulting from using the Bot.
By using D-Proxy, you understand and accept that use is at your own risk, and no guarantees of support or outcomes are implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to D-Proxy at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:
Breach of these Terms
Abuse of the Bot's features or systems
Violation of Discord’s own Terms of Service
Requests by Discord Trust & Safety or other authority
In most cases, you will be informed, but urgent cases may be actioned without prior contact.
These Terms may be updated or changed at any time. Changes will be reflected directly on this page.
Continued use of D-Proxy after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the region where D-Proxy operates. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable local courts.
